Session 11 was led by Women in Leadership. This association is a network of high-ranked businesswomen women across Europe, European policy makers and high civil servants as well as academics. One of the purposes of this association is to promote the entry by women into a broader range of professions, in particular a higher participation, and support female entrepreneurship and facilitate access to capital by female entrepreneurs. For these purposes “coaches” share their experiences, knowledge to teach and support leaders. Firstly, general women’s situation in employment was looked through.
